Department of Physical Education
The Department of Physical Education, St. Thomas Institute for Science & Technology, Trivandrum, has been in existence since the college's inception in 2010. The department organizes a variety of indoor and outdoor sports activities year-round, including an annual athletic meet. It also facilitates student participation in various external competitions such as inter-college, zonal meets, inter-zone tournaments, university meets, national level competitions, and friendly matches. Over the years, the department has earned several laurels and accolades and has successfully trained many students to excel in their chosen sports. Regular grants are received from the university to conduct zonal and inter-zone tournaments.
